What we cut

Everything
a CNC can.

From a single shopfront letter to a full kitchen of doors — here’s the breadth of work that comes through the shop. Tap any row for the full scope and a typical example.

Will it fit?

Drop your
part on the bed.

Most jobs fit — our bed takes a full 4×8 sheet with margin. Pop your dimensions in to see your part scaled on the bed, or pick a preset. If it doesn’t fit, we’ll work out how to split it.

Fits full sheets

Drop a 4×8 ft or 1300×2500 sheet on the bed with margin to spare. Vacuum hold-down keeps it flat.

/ 02

Dimensional letters too

300 mm of headroom over the bed — built-up signage and deep relief work most shops can’t take.

/ 03

From MDF to aluminium

One machine, one queue. Hardwood, plastic, solid aluminium — we don’t stop to swap tools by hand.

/ 04

Joinery-tight tolerance

Parts that actually fit together. Production runs hold the same dimensions, sheet 1 to sheet 50.

/ 05

Round work, not just flat

4-axis rotary means we cut turned legs, columns and barrels too — most local CNC shops don’t.

/ 06

Files we love

DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP, STL, AI — or a sketch on a napkin. We’ll clean it up and nest it for you.

Straight talk
We won’t pretend the machine does everything. Steel and stainless aren’t on the menu — try a plasma or waterjet shop. Stone, glass and ceramic are the wrong process altogether. If you’re not sure, just ask — we’ll tell you yes, no, or who to call.
Materials

Bring it on
a sheet, a block,
or a billet.

Most jobs are sheet goods — MDF, ply, acrylic. But we cut everything from solid timber to aluminium plate. Here’s the honest list: what suits the machine, what needs a chat, what we won’t touch.
