Swartland
CNC

A CNC workshop in the heart of the Swartland. We cut kitchen doors, shopfront signs, custom panels, brackets and prototypes — ready to install. Local trade, friendly prices, and someone who actually picks up the phone.

How it works

Three steps.
That's it.

01

Send us what you have

WhatsApp a sketch, photo, PDF or DXF — whatever you've got. You don't need a perfect file. We'll tell you if we need something different.

02

We send a price

Material, lead time and cost — usually back to you the same day. No surprises, no hidden setup fees.

03

Collect or we deliver

Pick up from the workshop in Malmesbury or we deliver locally. Parts come labelled and ready to install.

00 / Who we work for

Built for
local trade.

Most of what comes off the bed is for other businesses around the Swartland — kitchen shops and cabinetmakers in Malmesbury, sign makers, shopfitters, builders and the wine estates down the road. You bring the drawing; we run the machine.

01 / What comes off the bed

What we
cut.

From a single shopfront letter to a full kitchen of doors — the breadth of CNC routing and cutting that comes through the workshop in Malmesbury. Wood, plastic, aluminium and soft metals, sheet goods and round work alike.

01

Sheet cutting & nesting

Send a drawing — DXF, DWG, PDF or a sketch — and collect cut panels. We nest parts to save material, profile edges, cut pockets and through-holes to depth, and pre-drill hinge and hardware holes. Sheets up to 1300 × 2500 mm in MDF, melamine, plywood and solid timber.

02

Cabinet doors & drawer fronts

Shaker, slab and custom-routed kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts, plus carcasses with hinge holes drilled — cut from MDF, supawood or solid timber. Skirtings, cornices and matching trim too. Outsource a full door run and keep your team on site.

03

Signs & shopfronts

Flat cut-out letters in any font, built-up 3D letters in MDF, foam or aluminium, ACP / Dibond shopfront panels, push-through acrylic logos, farm and monument signs — CNC-routed signage components with edges clean and ready to finish.

04

3D carving & feature work

Decorative wall panels and ornamental relief, sculpted logos, architectural and topographical models, vacuum-form bucks and sand-casting patterns — 3D CNC machining in timber, modelling foam and aluminium, roughed and finish-passed to tolerance.

05

Aluminium & soft metals

Brackets, mounting plates and gussets, machined fascias and enclosures, engraved name and data plates, copper and brass artwork — solid aluminium up to ~25 mm and routed composite. Clean machined edges, no flame-cut clean-up.

06

Acrylic & plastics

POS and retail displays, custom enclosures and housings, machine guards, jigs, fixtures and tooling in acrylic (perspex), HDPE, polycarbonate and ABS — edges clean enough to flame-polish straight off the bed, repeatable to ±0.1 mm across a run.

07

Furniture & shopfitting

Bespoke furniture parts to a designer's spec, flat-pack component runs, restaurant and retail fit-out joinery — cut to plan, labelled per site and palletised. CNC routing for furniture makers and shopfitters across the Western Cape.

08

Decorative panels & screens

Patterned and perforated screens, room dividers, feature-wall cladding, slotted acoustic ceiling panels, balustrade infills and CNC-routed feature doors — repeating patterns cut accurately in MDF, plywood, acrylic or aluminium composite.

09

Round & turned work

Turned table legs, balusters, posts and columns, cylindrical engraving on barrels and drums, curved signage — 4-axis rotary CNC work most local routing shops can't do, identical down to the bead profile.

10

Prototypes & one-offs

One part, one drawing, or a broken component you need replaced — industrial-design prototypes, presentation models, custom jigs and fixtures, casting patterns. We'll scan, model and machine it in wood, plastic or aluminium and have you running again the same week.
